Terms of Service

1. Who provides QuoteBack

QuoteBack is operated by Jamal Deon Heflin. The service address is 175 Rosewalk Drive, Covington, Georgia 30016. Questions about these terms can be sent to quotesback@polsia.app.

2. The service

QuoteBack helps contractors record estimates and, when a contractor enables a sequence with the customer’s consent, send scheduled follow-up emails. A sequence stops when the customer replies, the quote is accepted or declined, or the contact opts out. QuoteBack does not send outbound SMS follow-ups.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. QuoteBack does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, customer replies, quote conversions, recovered revenue, or booked work. The contractor remains responsible for the quotes, communications, and customer relationships managed through the service.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for the customer information and message content you add, and for having the rights and permissions needed to use that information and contact each person. Record the customer’s consent before enabling automated follow-up and honor replies, decisions, and opt-outs.

Do not use QuoteBack for unlawful activity, unsolicited or unconsented outreach, harassment, fraud, abusive content, or attempts to disrupt, probe, or interfere with the service or another person’s account. QuoteBack may restrict access when needed to address misuse, protect users, or comply with law.

4. Plans, renewals, and cancellation

Current monthly prices in U.S. dollars are Starter at $29, Growth at $79, and Pro at $149. No free trial is currently configured. A trial applies only if checkout expressly offers one when you subscribe. There are no hidden fees; applicable taxes may be charged and will be shown where required.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals. No refund is promised except where required by law or where QuoteBack expressly states a refund policy for the purchase.

5. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteBack is provided without implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, QuoteBack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. QuoteBack’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the fees you paid or owe for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

6. Governing law

Georgia law governs these terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
