Question 1

What does QuoteBack do?

Accepted Answer

QuoteBack helps you follow up on open estimates with a bounded email sequence. You choose the timing and wording; when the customer replies, makes a decision, or opts out, the automated follow-up stops.

Question 2

Is QuoteBack a CRM?

Accepted Answer

No. QuoteBack is focused on the gap between sending a quote and getting a clear response. It is not a replacement for your estimating, scheduling, or customer-management tools.

Question 3

Can I start with estimates I already sent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start with open quotes that are still waiting on a customer decision, then set the follow-up rhythm that suits your business.

Question 4

What happens when a customer replies?

Accepted Answer

The automated sequence stops. You can read the customer’s message and take over the conversation yourself.

Question 5

What if a customer asks you to stop?

Accepted Answer

The opt-out is honored and follow-up stops. QuoteBack is designed for a clear stopping point, not an endless string of reminders.

Question 6

Does QuoteBack send SMS follow-ups?

Accepted Answer

No. QuoteBack follow-ups are sent by email; there is no outbound SMS sender.

Question 7

Can I control the timing and wording?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You choose when follow-up begins and how the messages read, and you can pause a sequence when you need to.

Question 8

Does QuoteBack guarantee recovered revenue?

Accepted Answer

No. A reminder may reopen a conversation, but QuoteBack cannot promise a customer will reply, accept a quote, or become a signed job. The recovery calculator is a scenario based on the numbers and assumptions you enter.

Question 9

How much does QuoteBack cost?

Accepted Answer

Plans are billed monthly at $29, $79, or $149, with different active-quote capacities. See the pricing page for the current plan details.
